Tuman is excited to be back home in the Atlanta area, as she was born and raised in Cobb County, Georgia.
Prior to moving to Atlanta, she worked for Nexstar Media Group, Inc. in Highpoint, North Carolina as a morning reporter and fill-in anchor for about three years. Tuman reported on hurricanes, snowstorms and protests during her time in North Carolina.
Before North Carolina, she spent over four years working at WRDW-TV in Augusta area, Georgia as a Weekend Anchor and City Government Reporter. Tuman covered important stories such as the deadly shooting at Mother Emanuel AME Church in Charleston. In addition, she covered the Masters golf tournament and the Georgia Bulldogs trip to the National Championship game in 2018. Tuman interned at WRDW-TV too for about three months.
She is a proud Georgia Bulldog. Tuman graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Digital and Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Spanish from the University of Georgia in 2014. Tuman was born and raised in Cobb County, Georgia and graduated from Lassiter High School.
She lives in Atlanta with her husband Zach and two rescue dogs, Wayne and Stanley. Tuman welcomed a baby boy, Edison Brian Hoffman in 2023. In her spare time, she loves to travel and her favorite trip so far has been to Japan. Tuman also loves to go for a run, try new restaurants, and spend time with her family.
