Hetty Chang Biography
Chang is an Emmy Award-winning journalist currently working as a reporter for NBC4 during weekdays at the 5 p.m., 6 p.m. , 7 p.m. and 11 p.m. newscasts. She covers stories around the Southland largely in the Orange County, South Bay and Long beach communities. Chang joined the station in 2013.

She was born in Southern California and works beside the most esteemed journalists in the Southland. Chang rejoins NBC4 after attending a pilot program on digital media fellowship in 2011 in collaboration with the station and Asian American Journalists association. In addition, She obtained priceless experience working with NBC 4 digital media team around various media platforms during the fellowship. Prior to NBC 4 she reported for other NBC stations in Reno, LA City view Channel 35 and Las Vegas.
